These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application RBLX Calculator and Counter (the “App”), provided by Rutvik Gumasana (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

RBLX Calculator and Counter is an unofficial companion utility that provides:

• We may change, reset, limit, or remove virtual rewards at any time

• Progress stored on your device may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear data, or change devices

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through third-party networks such as Google AdMob.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Ads may appear during use (including native, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ads)

• Third-party advertisers and SDKs may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy

• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or destinations linked from ads

7. No Account / No Purchases

Unless otherwise stated in a future update:

• The App does not require account registration

• The App does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions

• We do not sell real Robux or any official platform currency

If paid features are added later, additional terms may apply.

8. Accuracy of Information

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be uninterrupted or available

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the past 12 months (which is currently zero if the App is free).

15. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, including:

• Google AdMob

• Google Firebase / Remote Config

• Apple App Store distribution services

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
